Going down 2-4 on the road with less than 10 minutes to play in the game on an unfortunate broken play is an opportunity to choose calmness or frustration. A simple smile is all it takes to tap into the calmness, the example of body language we want to set for ourselves and for our teammates.

Your players play better when they can count on you and feel your calm and confidence. Body language is seen by everyone on both benches so be mindful who you are giving energy to.
